Q. Do you sell to the public?
A. Yes, we do and offer a next day delivery service.
Q. Are the parts you sell genuine?
A. Yes. We will only supply genuine, OE and reconditioned Land Rover parts.
Q. What does OE and OEM mean?
A. OE and OEM mean the same thing and indicates the part is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer as supplied to Land Rover. And, in most cases, has the same quality assurance as the original part.
Q. What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
A. Orders placed by 12.00am are eligible for next day delivery.
Q. How much does it cost for delivery?
A. Due to the differing sizes and weights of the parts we send it may be necessary to contact you with the final amount payable prior to despatching your order.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. If the part supplied is either incorrect due to an error on our part or faulty it can be returned with a full refund including shipping costs. However, if the part is simply no longer required then it can be returned at the customer’s expense with a refund for the part only.

Q. Are your prices competitive?
A. We regularly benchmark our prices to ensure that we remain as competitive as possible in the market place. All prices quoted either online or over the phone exclude VAT and we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If prices are incorrectly quoted or change due to external reasons, we have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.
Q. I don't want to enquire about a specific part, I just want to email you with a general question, how do I do that?
A. Just go to the 'Contact Us' tab on the main menu and enter your details in the form and we will answer your query.
Q. If you don’t have the part that I want can you order it for me?
A. Yes, we will endeavour to satisfy your requirements and if it is an item we normally stock we can order it in and have it delivered to you within 4-5 working days depending on the item. We can also order numerous non-stock items from our regular suppliers and we will always try to source whatever you require whether it be parts or specialist accessories.

Q. Do you guarantee your parts?
A. We guarantee that all parts supplied by us are of a quality fit for purpose which means that our parts are guaranteed for the service and repair of Land Rovers under “normal” usage when competently fitted. (We reserve the right to decline replacement of parts that are deemed to be damaged through harsh or extreme usage).

Q. Do you offer trade discounts to garages and vehicle repair shops?
